P5 Eco Camp

The Primary 5 students went for a trip to the NEWater Visitor Centre in term 1. The NEWater Visitor Centre (NVC) is an education hub that promotes water sustainability in Singapore and shares how NEWater is produced. With interactive displays and authentic equipment used, our students had a first-hands look at the innerworkings of the entire process.

The objectives of the learning journey are:

To give our students insights on the national taps of Singapore and the journey taken by the Public Utilities Board in supporting the needs of Singapore with fresh drinkable water.
To be familiar with filtration process to get NEWater.
To witness the authentic equipment used in the NEWater process.
