AIPS Parent Support Group Term 1 Highlights

Term 1 was filled with energy, teamwork, and meaningful moments as our PSG parents came together to support the school community in many wonderful ways.

On 13 February 2026, we warmly welcomed a new group of parents into the PSG family. Our school leaders hosted an engaging introduction session, while our Chairman, Mr Sonny, shared a heartfelt welcome and briefed parents on the school’s safety measures. The PSG Exco members also introduced their roles and responsibilities, giving everyone a glimpse into how they can make a difference. The session was not only informative but also a great opportunity for new and senior PSG to mingle, connect, and form new friendships.

The festive spirit continued during the Chinese New Year celebrations. Working closely with the Chinese Department, our PSG parents brought extra cheer to the school through lively Recess Fringe cultural activities, giving students hands-on exposure to Chinese traditions. They also supported the performers with make-up and preparations before joining the school to enjoy the concert together. It was truly heartwarming to celebrate the occasion as one big family.

 Behind the scenes, our dedicated Canteen Duty PSG members diligently carried out their duties, ensuring students’ safety and well-being during recess time.

We also kicked off our first PSG Storytelling Session of 2026, which was a great success. Students listened with excitement and delight, making the session both engaging and memorable.

From welcoming new parents to celebrating festivals and supporting daily school life, Term 1 showcased the strong partnership and caring spirit of our PSG. Together, we continue to build a vibrant and supportive community for every child.
